PrePregnancy Preparations

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS, FNB Reproductive Medicine, MRCOG
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
PrePregnancy Preparations
  • Do track your daily temperature if you are trying to get pregnant.
  • Track your ovulation by taking your temperature first thing each morning (before you even get out of bed) using a digital basal body temperature thermometer -- an oral thermometer available in drugstores everywhere.
  • Record your temperature each day.
  • When you see it spike, you'll know that ovulation has occurred and you are ready to make a baby
  • It would be a smart move to start taking prenatal vitamins now. Although they're called prenatals, pregnancy-formula vitamin supplements are just as crucial for women trying to conceive because they contain nutrients such as folic acid and iron that a developing baby needs during the first few weeks -- before you even know you're pregnant.

Greatest Right Of a woman is to be a mother

Don’t look at me with pity

Don’t judge me with your eyes

Don’t listen to the others

For they may tell you lies

Don’t think I’m not caring

Or that I have no needs

Don’t think I’m not a lover

Or never done good deeds

Don’t see me with no children

And think it’s my desire

Don’t think a new born baby

Won’t set my heart on fire

Just give me understanding

And let me stand and cry

And know my desperation

As my infertile life goes by

Of all the rights of women , the greatest is to be a mother

Ovulation And timing to decide days of sex are best helped of you get an ultrasound done for follicular study .besides there are indirect signs like change in body temp and cervical mucous changes after egg release.such that it becomes more thick. around ovulation it's more copious and thin which indicates most fertile days when you should try

You have taken a right decision in going for follicular study but it's better if you will. Be given some medicines to grow follicles as generally in pcos the natural and timely growth doesn't happen. They get pregnant but need assistance of medicines.
