Hello There. Most of all powder are enriched with protein which is essential for body building. The first thing to remember is that eating protein alone will not increase muscle. To build muscle you have to use it. The slight damage done to the muscle during weight lifting and other resistance activities and then healing is how the muscle grows larger, so if you are simply consuming protein powders in order to gain muscle but still sitting at home on the sofa, this isn’t going to happen. Muscle growth requires adequate supplies of protein, however, for the majority of people this is easily obtained from food sources and there is no need to supplement with powders. Instead of protein powder start protein rich food like milk, egg, soya etc. Let me know if you need more information.

Hello lybrate-user For fat loss you need to reduce your calorie intake, Putting yourself 500 calories deficit every day should result in loss of 1 pound every week. You need to eat high protein well balanced meals .1 hours of gym workout and cardio useful to archive your goals. Avoid fried, processed/ salty snacks, foods. Avoid packed juices and simple carbs. Hi lybrate-user, Its sad to know that she's come under the category of juvenile diabetics. She is requested to continue her medications. Taking care of her diet is equally important. Please follow some simple steps: 1. Regulate the meal timings. 2. Include more if whole grains, veggies and fibrous foods in the diet. 3. Some physical activity is necessary to step up the metabolism. 4. She should be avoiding processed and junk foods at all costs.

Mr. lybrate-user your son is probably suffering from skin infection of the skulp. In my opinion it would be better to administer HOMOEOPATHIC medicines. He is only of 20 months it would be better to cure permanently rather to be suppressed repeatedly through external applications. Use Aloe Vera conditioner shampoo of SBL company. And Sulphur 30 to be given early morning for 2 days :consecutive morning. Please stop any other medication. Come for homeopathy consultation as per the schedule after seven days.

Start drinking lukewarm water boiled with few seeds of jeera or ajwain. It works like miracle. Start yoga exercise n running. Eat light food avoid maida n fried food. Virechan n udwartan treatment in Ayurveda is helpful.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Turnip, can be eaten either raw or as cooked vegetable. Carrot is also good but not more than 100 g a day, as it is more sweet. Chicken (dressed) fish are good. Red meat is not so good, better to be avoided. It is essential to maintain a strict blood glucose level in diabetes. Thanks.

I am 22 male who have been with the problem of tinnitus for long. But nowadays, it is worse and I have consulted with multiple ENT specialist. As per their consultation, the test of ear found no other effects of problems to caused it. Several consultation done for tinnitus but no more benefited. No possibility history to caused this. Modified life style, regular exercise, near normal weight maintenance, taking healthy balanced food, avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida and colas. Plus refrain from alcohol and smoking. These things will help in preventing falling prey to diabetes or postponing it. There are many oral antidiabetic drugs available to treat diabetes. Night fall is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal. It is natural process. I am 22 year old female. It's been around 5 years to my gall bladder removal surgery. I often face indigestion problem When I consume fried food. I am thinking about to lose weight by using fat burners like lipo 6. I will be taking care of my diet as well. Like not consuming caffeine and rich food. Since this product already has caffeine. Hi lybrate-user, U r very much stressed with sex about the past issue. USG testis, sperm count and quality be alright then you should not be worried. Control your stress. Do 10 push up 10 sit up and gradually increase. Breathing exercise for 5-10 mins two times daily. Brisk walking for 30 min daily All the above will increase your stamina and decrease your stress. U r ok and you will not have any problem with sex.

Hello Lybrate user Meal skippers don’t perform as well. They accomplish less work, are physically less steady, and are slower at making decisions. Brain drain. The brain’s exclusive fuel, glucose, is compromised within four to six hours if you have not eaten. That’s because the glucose stored in the liver as glycogen, runs out during this time period. The liver is like a traffic cop for blood sugar. When blood glucose dips too low, the liver converts glycogen into glucose and releases it into the blood. But if its glycogen has been depleted, the body has to turn to less efficient fueling methods. Calorie loading. Calorie loading easily occurs if you eat just one meal a day (typically dinner). Eating just one large meal tends to overwhelm your body with calories that it does not need at that moment. It’s like plugging all the appliances in your house into one socket. Even though the entire electrical system can handle all the appliances, if they are concentrated on just one circuit, you’ll blow a fuse. It is better to spread the nutrient load.
