Tips to lose belly fat

Belly fat is one of most commonly faced problems by men and women everywhere. Belly fat gain doesn’t happen overnight and is often the result of irregular eating and exercising habits, junk food, and many more reasons. Losing the accumulated belly fat is the most challenging thing for a person. However, by following a strict regimen can help in losing the belly fat.

Here are some of the tips for losing the belly fat :

Ω Be on the run. Exercising is an excellent and healthy way to lose belly fat. If you are averse to running, then you can try power walking. Jogging for at least half hour every day is a great way to lose body fat and tone your body.

Ω Yoga is also one of the best ways to trim belly fat. Yoga helps in stretching and strengthening the muscles. Even the simple breathing exercises like pranayama, kabalapathi can help in sculpting your belly and body.

Ω Have the right amount of sleep. A human body needs 8 hours of sound sleep for it to rejuvenate itself after a stressful day. Having an irregular sleep cycle, a sleep cycle of 5 or 6 hours or sleeping in late on weekends will accelerate the formation of belly fat. So, it is always better to have a restful and correct sleep cycle.

Ω Increase your fiber intake. Fiber has the ability to cut down the visceral fat or belly fat. Having Roti instead of rice is better option to lower your belly fat.

Ω Avoid sugar and other artificial sweeteners in your drinks and beverages. Excess sugar leads to more production of fructose which then leads to accumulation of belly fat. One should also mind, that this is not applicable in the case of fruits as they contain natural sugar.These are just some of the tips that will help you cut down your belly fat in a healthy and organic way.

Hello. Weight loss is attained by following a healthy life style, which includes having a sleep wake cycle according to the nature's cycle. Eat healthy meals, healthy eating includes, having small frequent meals, which are high in good quality complete protein, coming from milk and milk products, a combination of cereals and pulse, low fat animal products. Having carbohydrates coming from complex sources and not from refined sources. Have less of visible fats in the day, that is coming from oil, butter ghee, etc. Along with this, a daily physical activity, at least for an hour is a must which could include simple activities like brisk walking, running, swimming, playing some sport like badminton, tennis, squash, dancing, gym, or other fitness programs.

Hi, Please eat timely meals every 2.5 - 3 hourly. Fasting for too long or doing intense exercise or exersion can give you low blood pressure. Kindly take a drink having a mix of salt and sugar like lemon juice or fruit juice with some salt and a snack along with it. Salt and sugar together will raise the BP.

Hi, Its always good to have green tea or black tea as its got high anti-oxidant values. Addition of milk will reduce the absorption of it so its better to have it plain.

To gain weight one must try increasing their appetite, how one does that is, by increasing the amount of food one eats each time. When ever you eat, you must eat an energy dense meal, that comes from food rich in all the 3 nutrients, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Increase the number of meals you have in a day. Increase the intake of 1st class proteins in your diet, that comes majorly form the animal sources, also can be achieved by mixing the cereals and the pulse. The intake of fat should be preferred from the invisible sources, that is from the nuts and oil seeds, as they contain the healthy fats. Include both the fresh as well as the dried fruits in your diet, during the mid meals, as the a energy dense. Along with the diet, exercise is also necessary as that doesn't only help the over weight people to loose wight but will help one increase the lean body mass, thus also helping people looking for weight gain. I hope these tips help you reach your goal.
