My friend is fit enthusiast, he met with accident. His wrist bone does not get fractured but it is mis placed to other side. Doctor suggested him to take one month rest. So after that can he do gym as earlier? Or he can't do it again?

If the bone is subluxed or displaced. It will take time for healing. He has to do in some exercisea for wrist. First get the range and strength. Since it will be lost during the resting period. After attai ninv range and strength he can resume back.

Hii lybrate-user. It is called as delayed onset muscle soreness. It is quite common if your body is not accustomed to exercise. Apply ice atleast twice a day n start exercising for half an hour daily.
