Dose is important. You must be taking more. Just take 1-2 clove with plain water. And go fr walk. You must be having high acidity.

Your BMI shown you are just above line of healthy weight. Your BMI is 25.5 .To reduce your weight you need to put yourself calories deficit diet plan. To save muscle mass and to burn body fat do workout+cardio few times a week. Get high protein nutrition plan.

All these things are readily contributing to this epidemic of obesity. When it comes to getting rid of the excess fat, one needs to work conscientiously and consistently on both the counts mentioned above. One’s diet has to be altered so as to include more and more natural fruits and vegetables. Processed food and junk food should be cut down to the minimum. A daily exercise regimen needs to be adopted. Exercising for 30-40 minutes for a minimum of 5 days a week is necessary. Homeopathy helps by regulating the metabolic system of the individual. Hello lybrate-user For fat loss you need to reduce your calorie intake, Putting yourself 500 calories deficit every day should result in loss of 1 pound every week. You need to eat high protein well balanced meals .1 hours of gym workout and cardio useful to archive your goals. Avoid fried, processed/ salty snacks, foods. Avoid packed juices and simple carbs. Consume clean foods. Eat small portion of meals after every hours. You will see results.

Please follow some simple steps: 1. Regulate the meal timings. 2. Include more if whole grains, veggies and fibrous foods in the diet. 3. Some physical activity is necessary to step up the metabolism. 4. She should be avoiding processed and junk foods at all costs.

Start drinking lukewarm water boiled with few seeds of jeera or ajwain. It works like miracle. Start yoga exercise n running. Eat light food avoid maida n fried food. Virechan n udwartan treatment in Ayurveda is helpful.

I am 22 year old female. It's been around 5 years to my gall bladder removal surgery. I often face indigestion problem When I consume fried food. I am thinking about to lose weight by using fat burners like lipo 6. I will be taking care of my diet as well. Like not consuming caffeine and rich food. Since this product already has caffeine. Hi lybrate-user Please give her Sepia 30 daily once for six pills every day Ask to her take high fibre foods so that she will have easy bowel movement as more straining of bowels causes her uterus to prolapse, high fibre food also helps her lose belly fat, exercises called Kegel exercises you can get them online and she can practice them as they strengthen the pelvic floor muscles She should avoid lifting weights and try to do walking to lose weight.

Hello, first of all you need to practice self control over foods and get a mind set of shaping your body firmly. Avoid eating junk foods. Start adding fruits and green vegetables to your diet. When ever you feel like eating something even if you are full just take a sip of water. Apart from it you need to exercise on a daily basis like pushups, squats, running etc.
