Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Along with exercise, you also need to watch over your diet. Make sure that you eat only home cooked food with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Avoid all outside food especially foods that are oily or sugary. Along with it, have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water, at least 3 litres daily. Eat less rice and potatoes also. Reduce the intake of carbohydrates. To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Include high protein with high fibre diet with less carbohydrate. Avoid to take every kind of packaged, process food and all kind of sugary drink. Try to take your dinner as soon as possible and avoid jogging after dinner, you can go for walk after dinner. You can do exercise in evening time. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

For a healthy and effective weight loss, -Cut back on all junk and processed food -Plan your meals: Plan meals ahead of time and make sure they are calorie controlled. You can have small frequent meals in your diet. Increase your water, fruits, salad intake. Along with this increase fibre in your diets that is going to feeling of fullness and then you will not feel hungry easily. Also include Jasmine tea 2-3 cups regularly. You can include more of clourful fruits and vegetables as they are good source of antioxidant that also prevent ageing. Try to have freshly prepared vegetables juice in your diet. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

Dear lybrateuser, - To reduce & control weight you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & healthy fats, do regular exercise & have a restful sleep for 7-8 hrs at night - have more of fibre containing foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as milk & milk products, egg whites, lean meats such as skinless chicken & seafood, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals, restrict carbohydrates & fats - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, also baked items & sugar containing foods - do regular exercise like walking, swimming, yoga & deep breathing to reduce weight & keep fit.
