Dear lybrateuser, - To build your muscles & body you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich food - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa, protein rich foods such as milk & milk products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, chia, sesame & flax seeds - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, dancing, light weight dumbells, stretching to tone & strengthen your muscles.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your muscles & body you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products like cheese, butter milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, posts, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, push ups, pull ups, crunches, squats, do moderate weight lifting for 10 - 15 min twice a week.

Eat green leafy veggies..more of citrus fruits..banana,more of water..eat 4to 5 times in smaller portions..avoid in bulk.. drink milk twice .. eat dry fruits..eat dairy products like paneer,cheese.. dont smoke..dont drink alcohol.. eat protien rich food.. pulses..legumes..potatoes.. opt for protein shakes..do mild exercises..

Hello, You can lose 4 - 6 kg weight every month with our customized daily diet plans. You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history (if any). In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.
