Staying fit is not a difficult task. All you need to do is take out at least half an hour to one hour every day for basic training and involve yourself in physical activities as much as you can. Something as simple as jogging everyday can help you achieve a good level of fitness. To top that up, keep adding extra exercises in your workout regime, such as squatting, jumping, crunches, planks, etc.

Your weight is also related your height. So you should mention it too. You can eat daily one milk product in your diet like yogurt, paneer, butter, cheeze etc. Also you can take fresh veg and fruits like cucumber, tomato, bitroot, carrot, cabbage, banana, Apple, orange etc.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. Avoid medicines, focus on getting a good diet for weight gain. To gain weight you can follow these steps. 1. Take two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Doctor I do not know whats my problem? I regularly go to gym for last 1nd half year ,control my diet. Still my body is soft like jelly. When I do workouts it will be hard. Hi. While working out, you need to ke care of pre and post gym meals. Pre workout meal should be 20-30 min before gymming. It should be a carb. Like a banana or few nuts or any fruit. Post workout should be a combo of carb and protein. Taken after 30 min of workout.
