Eating too much alone is not ideal to gain weight. Eat right foods at right time is more important. Chew your food properly. Avoid junk foods to aim weight. Choose healthy options to gain weight.

Hello, Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet eg: paneer, sprouts, egg whites, pulses, curd/ thick buttermilk (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

To gain muscle mass you can include high protein food in your diet like paneer, tofu, Soya, pulses and legumes, etc. To gain weight you can have dairy products, whole grain cereals, nuts, fruit shakes like banana shake, figs, dates, etc. But you shouldn't start taking high calories and protein in your diet without consulting a dietician as the diet plan is based on various factors such as your physical activity, daily food intake, or if there is any medical issue.

Apko apani dincharya main change Karna. Hoga. Subah 6 am par uthe, 2glasses uthte hi kunkuna (Luke warm water) piye, daily routine activities karane ke baad 1/2 hour Yoga exercise Kare. Breakfast --- sprouts aur fruit lave. Lunch --balance normal diet lave. 4 pm--fruit juice dinner --light meal. Medicine --jondilla and Alfa alfa syrup for 4 month.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To expand your chest you have to develop your chest muscles by doing regular exercise like pushups, pullups, crunches along with aerobic exercises like jogging, swimming or cycling, also do deep breathing exercises for 5-10 min daily to expand your lung capacity - also you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - have fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals.
