Swelling and pain in knee of right leg and back pain. Also waist pain occurs on moving left leg.
Backache and knee pain and swelling in the knee indicates both local problem in the knee and Back problem. At your age (18) you must treat it aggressively. Consult Orthopaedic surgeon, have X-rays of Right Knee and L.S.Spine AP and Lateral done. If later on necessary he may advice MRI and blood investigations. Follow it up with complete treatment for proper duration.

This is CS. It can’t be cured only controlled not to progress further. Homeopathic medicines can help you in that U can do the following exercises for neck pain /watch? V=OstW2Ucg1QU A person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretch Keep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return the head to a neutral position. Carry out 5 repetitions. 3. Neck tilt (side-to-side) Lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder. Carry out 5 repetitions. 4. Neck turn Turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height. Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds. Return the head to a central position. Repeat on the opposite side. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side. These exercises can help to moderate the impact of the condition and alleviate pain or feelings of stiffness. However, they will not cure cervical spondylosis. U can do the following exercises for back pain /live-well/exercise/lower-back-pain-exercises/ You can contact me for a detailed consultation.

I am an 18 year old female. I have been experiencing increasingly  frequent episodes of involuntary muscle jerking for the past few  months. They are often brought on by strong feelings of excitement or nervousness, but sometimes seem to occur randomly. Before these  episodes of muscle jerking, I always experience a tingling feeling in my spine. What could be causing this?
