If you are sure that not a drop of semen discharge inside then there is no chance of pregnancy but if you not sure then it may cause pregnancy.

Bilagyl (sandu. 1 tsf twice .till her problem of loosemotion subsides. After relief stop taking bilagyl. Otherwise it may lead to constipation. Or hard stool. Keep bilagyl at home. If anytime any one gets loosemotions use it in the same pattern. You can also consult us through Lybrate platform for more queries.

Complete Infertility- How To Investigate It?

Complete Infertility- How To Investigate It?

While some couples conceive with ease, conceiving a child can be extremely difficult for others. In cases where a woman is not able to get pregnant despite having regular intercourse in tune with her biological cycle, infertility tests may be suggested to investigate the reason behind this. In most cases, these tests are suggested if a year has gone by without intercourse resulting in a pregnancy. Women may also be said to be infertile, if they cannot carry a foetus to full term.

Infertility can affect both men and women and can be triggered by a number of different reasons. In some cases, it is treatable while in others, alternative ways of having a family may need to be discussed. Hence, it is very important to understand the different types and triggers for infertility and to undergo complete infertility investigations. Some of the common types of infertility investigations are as given below.

  1. Blood tests: A blood test of both partners is used to assess the general health of the couple and to identify any health factors that may be impeding fertility.
  2. Tests for women:
    1. Hysterosalpingogram: This is an X ray that can identify if a blockage or any other issue in the fallopian tubes are the cause for infertility.
    2. Pelvic ultrasound: This is used to have a look at the anatomy of the female reproductive system and to check for fibroids.
    3. Laparoscopy / hysteroscopyThis is used to get a clearer picture of the ovaries, uterus and other parts of the reproductive system.
    4. Tracking cycle: Ovulation and the thickness of the uterus lining may also affect infertility, This can be diagnosed by tracking and assessing the menstrual cycle.
  3. Tests for men
    1. Semen analysis:This test is used to get an idea of sperm concentration, motility and the appearance of sperm in a man’s semen. In some cases, the semen may not include any sperm cells. In such cases, a follow up investigation may be required to assess if sperm cells are being created in the testicles. This is known as testicular sperm aspiration or a testicular biopsy.
    2. Sperm DNA: The DNA in sperm also plays an important role in fertility. This test is used to assess the sperm DNA integrity and to see how it may affect embryo development and chances of an on-going pregnancy.

Infertility treatment depends on the cause identified by the above tests and hence it is important for both partners to undergo complete testing.

Breathing Problem - What Are The Common Causes?

Breathing Problem - What Are The Common Causes?

Breathing is life, without breathig, there is no life. Who knows this better than an asthmatic or someone with breathing problems like wheezingcoughing and shortness of breath 24/7? If you have breathing problems, read on about possible causes and treatments for them

Causes

  • There can be a number of causes of breathing problems. They can happen due to colds, acute sinusitis or inflammation of sinuses. This usually subsides in a week or two with the inflammation going down and the sinuses draining out.
  • But if you are still experiencing breathing problems, you could be in more dangerous territory.
  • Breathing difficulties can happen in a case of asthma, allergies, and infections of the lungs, bronchitis and even heart problems especially if you feel a shortness of breath during exertion. These can all be long-term problems that need proper management.

Symptoms
Chronic issues that cause breathing problems, especially asthma and allergies have a number of symptoms likeg is life, without breathig, there is no life. Who kno

  1. Nasal and chest congestion
  2. Runny nose
  3. Itchy or watery eyes
  4. Cough
  5. Wheezing
  6. Laboured and/or shallow breathing.

A number of virus and allergens like pollen reach the lungs via the nasal passage. Any inflammation in the nasal passage due to an allergy is a major cause for concern because the number one trigger for asthma is allergies. If left undiagnosed and untreated, these can make life hell for you.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD, which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis, also causes breathing problems. Breathing issues can also stem from other serious diseases like lung cancertuberculosis, and pneumonia. Most of these can be diagnosed by a specialist.

How are breathing problems treated?

  1. Breathing problems caused due to asthma and allergies are usually treated by avoiding allergy triggers like air pollutants, pollen, dog hair, dust, mites or dander.
  2. Wearing masks, avoiding peak traffic, staying indoors during low air quality days, all make a significant difference to allergy and asthma sufferers.
  3. Medications are another way to treat breathing problems due to asthma and allergies. Allergy drugs such as antihistamines and decongestants can make it easy to breathe for some.
  4. Inhaled steroids are also given to people with chronic allergies and sinusitis for reducing inflammation in the airways. Allergy shots to reduce sensitivity to allergens are another option.
  5. Asthma is treated with inhaled or oral drugs that help open nasal airways and reduce inflammation. These cut down on breathing difficulties because the airways are cleared of excess mucus and inflammation.
  6. If you have more serious issues like cancers, heart disease and lung diseases, the medication will vary according to your diagnosis. Your specialist will diagnose the problem first and set you on a proper course of medication.

The last piece of advice before we go, don’t ignore breathing difficulties especially if they persist beyond 2-3 weeks, get yourself a doctor’s appointment.

Please suggets I gave Pimple on upper sexual part. Hair wali jgh. Black type pimple.

BHMS, Diploma in Dermatology

You can help treat pimples by applying benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to remove bacteria and excess skin and oils. But don't use acne medication intended for your face or other parts of your body on your penis Do NOT squeeze pimples. Stop shaving for a while. Soak in a warm tub or take a shower and let the warm water spray your pubic area. Pat the skin (don't rub) with a soft towel or use a hair dryer on the low or cool setting.

Itchy rash, red skin, swelling, irritation and itching around the head of the penis, lumpy discharge under the foreskin or pain when urinating and during sex. Use warm water and a gentle cleanser to wash your genital area. Avoid scented soaps, lotions, and bubble baths. Avoid using such products as vaginal sprays and douches. Change out of wet or damp clothing right after swimming or exercising. Wear cotton underwear and change your underwear every day. Eat yogurt with live cultures to reduce the chance of getting yeast infections. Use condoms during sexual intercourse. Always wipe from front to back after having a bowel movement.
