Running is a good form of exercise, but to reduce belly fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber rich diet.

Doing one good thing does not help. Green tea is as good as black tea, only milk and sugar which has calories, must be avoided. To reduce weight you need to avoid processed ready to eat foods that come in a pack like backed, fried and confectionary, minimise dairy food, rice and wheat based food, sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables, sprouts, nuts and seeds.

To gain weight you need to take healthy carbs like brown/unpolished rice, oats, bananas (3-4 daily), potatoes, fresh milk and home made milk products like curd, butter, paneer, ghee etc. Do 30 mins of strength exercises daily.

You are carrying about 25 kgs extra weight on your body. This could be due to excessive eating habits. You can change these habits. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. So on. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.

I am type 2 diabetic patient and have been diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy in 2015. I was having symptoms of Protein leakage in Urine during the diagnosis of IGA Nephropathy and Doctor had advised medicine. After undergoing medicine for one year, protein leakage came under normal. From last 3 months, Again I am leaking more protein in urine and doctor has advised for kidney biopsy again. Need Opinion on my issue and suggestions needed. Could this due to IGA nephropathy or diabetes.

IGA nephropathy also known as Burger's nephropthy is caused by immunoglobin A induced glomerulonephritis. Diabetic patients are prone to diabetic Nephropathy. Kidney biopsy is needed for exact diagnosis of the cause and type of nephropathy. Hence please get it done and follow advise of Nephrologist.
