I am a 27 year boy. My height is 5'6' My weight is 92 kg at present. Recently I have given unfit letter in a pre-recruitment medical test in a bank. They had given the reason that I am unfit due to overweight. They give 2 months time to reduce my weight. PLease suggest what I have to do to reduce my weight. I have only 50 days time. You can manage to reduce 10 kgs or so in 2 months that too with effort on both diet and exercise part. Will be difficult losing more healthily. My thyroid level is normal. I don't eat much. I avoid junk foods from childhood. I have Veg mostly. Hi lybrate-user, Increase your physical activity along with these home remedies to control your weight. 1) Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 2) Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 3) Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You needd take rest atlest for 1/2 an hour to take food you liquid food after exercise. Even wait till your sweat clear. Or come to normal.
