Hi Lybrate user, try eating more of vegetable salads in your meals and less of oily n fried food. Include more fruits in your diet especially at intervals and not with meals. Drink lots of water at least 2 to 3 litres.

Physiotherapy and diet should be combined because if you only treat your back and put on more weight than your body will not respond to physiotherapy. Take some professional help and get your diet planned.

You should drink around 2 to 3 litres per day. Drink at regular intervals and try to avoid drinking too much water in the night.
