Virgin Age 24 masturbate once a month rarely Doctor I am facing big issue. I am unable to empty bladder. And after urinate after some time something discharge from penis. It is sticky and clear transparent in small amount on the tip of penis. It has bad smell and disturb my mood. I went for test. I have done all tested like urea and urine, blood and kub.in kub residual amount of urine show in bladder. All things are normal and doctor said that nothing serious it is just oab over active bladder. He prescribed me soliten 5 mg. One more thing is here I lost pleasure in masturbate and I felt pressure on my bladder without urine. I am really worried because when I am excited too much precum released. I can not maintain erection because I feel urinate and after urine I lost erection. On peeing time penis erected a little bit and on erection time I feel peeing. I have pains in my both legs. I know discharge is not semen because semen smell not like that. Discharge liquid has a poop and stool smell No lump and damage in private area. please help.

While urinating, I am feeling burning sensation in vagina. The burning stays for around 5 minutes after urinating. This has started after 2-3 days of my periods. There is no other issues like irritation or foul smell in my part. But only this burning thing is very painful. In past some days I have been traveling and using some different washrooms. During that time also I faced this problem. After that it was fine. Now again after my periods I facing this. Also I am using V-wash to clean my area. Can you please suggest me what all precautions I need to take.

Do not withhold the urge. To pass urine, Better evacuate your bladder before going out at public places. Or meetings .etc, During mensruation frequent change of pads to keep area dry. Do not clean the area by rubbing. If after all these precautions symptoms persists than have telephonic consultation. All the best, God bless you .Have 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

It is the plant which belongs to nightshade family and is mostly found in North and South America. The dried leaves of this plant are smoked in cigars, pipes and in cigarettes. The leaves are also chewed by many people across the world or inhaled through the nose. It contains a special type of addictive chemical known by the name of Nicotine. Because of this chemical, most of the people find it difficult to leave this product. This plant due to the chemical Nicotine is not good for the health and consumers face many ill effects after consuming this product.

Tobacco is not good for the body as the leaves affect many body organs namely

  1. Brain: 
    1. Special chemical found in tobacco makes you addictive. It directly enters into the brain.
    2. It will make you anxious and depressed after smoking.
    3. It is also responsible for causing headaches
  2. Lungs: 
    1. Smoking of tobacco creates breathing problems by affecting the lungs directly.
    2. Sometimes it causes cough problems as well.
    3. Because of smoking most of the people are diagnosed with lung cancer or other lung diseases.
  3. Mouth: 
    1. It gives you bad breath along with staining your teeth
    2. It removes taste buds from your tongue and you will not like to eat anything; even your favourite food.

    1. It makes your skin dry and yellow
    2. It causes wrinkles on your face

Nuts were rediculed till a few years back by the diet-conscious population because they are high in fats. However, now they are being embraced by the very same people because of their heart healthy, anti diabetes and weight loss properties.

Recent research has transformed mindsets. Extensive studies published in reputed journals prove that nuts not only promote heart health and fight diabetes, but they also aid in weight-loss. Nuts are nutritional nuggets containing phytochemicals and unsaturated fats, which are a type of fat that promotes heart-health. They also contain high levels of Vitamin E, folic acid, magnesium, copper and antioxidants.

Nuts are some of the most filling food items available in your kitchen cabinets. The high fibre and protein in nuts makes you feel full faster. If you don’t do this, you will end up putting on weight instead of losing it.

Apart from portion control, nutritionists suggest that you do the following:

  1. Eat nuts along with other food items, like mix and match nuts with fruits, sprinkle nuts on soups, cheese or breads and eat them with salads.
  2. Eat small portions and avoid eating handful of nuts at a go.
  3. The nuts that are really good are walnuts, almonds, Macadamia nuts, pecans and cashews. So try to include more of these. Also, if you are allergic to peanuts, stay away from them.
