सायरा-एलएस टॅब्लेट (Cyra-Ls Tablet)

सायरा-एलएस टॅब्लेट लेव्होसुलिपिराइड आणि रॅबेराझोल यापासून तयार केलेले आहे. याचा वापर गॅस्ट्रोसोफेजल रीफ्लक्स रोग (ऍसिड रेफ्लक्स), आतड्यांसंबंधी अल्सर आणि चिडचिड आंत्र सिंड्रोमच्या उपचारांसाठी केला जातो. हे ऍसिट्लोक्लिनचा प्रभाव प्रेरित करून प्रोकिनेटिक एजंट म्हणून कार्य करते जे उदय आणि पडते पोटापासून ते अन्न पाईपपर्यंतचा अम्ल. ते प्रोटॉन पंप इनहिबिटर म्हणून काम करते आणि पोटात अम्ल प्रमाण कमी करते जे अम्ल-संबंधित अपचन आणि अल्सर बरे करते.

• Epilepsy

• Bipolar Disorder

• Pheochromocytoma

  या औषधांना ऍड्रेनल ग्रंथींचे ट्यूमर असणार्या रुग्णांमध्ये रक्तसंक्रमणामध्ये जीवघेणी वाढ झाल्यामुळे वापरण्यासाठी शिफारस केलेली नाही.

• Gastrointestinal Perforations

  अन्न पाईप आणि आंत रक्तस्त्राव, अडथळा आणि छिद्र असल्यास स्थितीत असल्यास हे औषध वापरण्याची शिफारस केलेली नाही.

• Breast Cancer

This medication works by selectively binding to dopamine receptors in the brain and the periphery. These action results in an increased tone of muscles in the gastrointestinal tract. Also, it acts as a proton pump inhibitor drug and binds to H+/K+-exchanging ATPase in gastric parietal cells, resulting in blockage of acid secretion.
