Hi, you can stop olmesar and monitor bp for 6 weeks. If does not rise then continue without bp medicines. I think you donot need bp medicines if doing regular walking. B ...read full answer

Stress test and echo normal means unrelated to heart. May be vit b12 or vit d deficiency. Get both these tested. Something will come out, get those rectified. Thanks.

Perfect you lost weight around 20 kg = 40-50 mm Bp. U can safely stop telma 20. Dont stop exercise and continue healthy life style. Congrats for your effort.
