I personally suggest you have strict diet control along with less carbohydrate intake as I can notice your post-meal blood sugars are on the higher side, in my opinion, su can also be used.

I have seen the details mentioned. You have mentioned two different combinations 1) metformin plus glimiperide & 2) metformin & vildagliptin. Both these tablets have metformin. In some patients that drug tends to cause gastrointestinal upsets. In that situation patients are advised to take the tablets after taking food. I have seen the details given. However, there is only mention of medication being taken. That does not give any idea about how is the actual glucose control, because there is no information on fasting, pp glucose, hba1c%, dietary pattern, lipid profile, extent of daily exercise and bp readings.
