Stop the antibiotic. You may be allergic to some component. Take simple ors and go for a diet change with soft /liquid diet till loose motions resolve. All cases of loose motions do not require antibiotics. If there is any fever, or loose motions persist or increase, onlt then you will need antibiotics.

There will be very little chance to transmit any diseases. I think you should not be so anxious about it. Relax and enjoy. But as you have typhoid you should avoid sex now because your immune system will be suppressed. So give rest to your body.
