Wormis L 200 Mg/50 Mg Syrup is an antiparasitic medication which is used to treat diseases caused by an infestation of parasitic worms. This medication is generally used to cure diseases like neurocysticercosis, which is known to affect the brain, muscles and other tissues. It also treats conditions such as giardiasis (intestinal infection), hydatid disease, pinworm disease intestinal infection, ascariasis (gastrointestinal infection), filariasis (affecting the lymph nodes and vessels) and others.

Wormis L 200 Mg/50 Mg Syrup falls under the group of drugs known as anthelmintics, which expels the parasitic worms either by stunning them or killing them without causing notable damage to the patient’s body. This medication could be taken orally and dosage of this medication depends upon the clinical condition, prescribed by the doctor. This medication cures infections caused by tapeworms like hydatid disease (parasitic infestation) and neurocysticercosis (infection affecting the brain, muscles as well as well as other tissues).
