I have seen the details mentioned. The query is very general, there is no specific details like how is the blood glucose control at present and earlier. Because conditions like gastroperesis are associated with improper glucose control. You can take tablet reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg 1-0-1 for 3 days. Take lots of water and fluids. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength.

Hi, I am 30 years old and 11 weeks pregnant. I am carrying twins and week 4 onwards I am having server vomiting. I was not able to keep anything not even water. With Drs. consultation I got admitted and was given drips and injected with medics such as zofer. After getting discharge from the hospital, 1 week it was ok but the prblm started again I again got hospitalized and given drips and injected with medic and discharged after three days and was given medicines like (pan40, zofer 8 mg, susten 300, Reglan, asprain, etc) again after a week the same prblm started and was admitted again and given drips and this time doc injected CORT-S (i was told its a steroid and is given bcuz m not responding to other medics). And was also asked to take WYSOLONE 40 mg (another steroid) , I haven't taken this medicine bcuz of being a high power steroids. Now again the same problem have started again with coughing. I am totally confused about the treatment I am getting and also feeling very very week, I have lost almost 12 kgs since the detection of pregnancy. Please help and guide.

stop pan40 -it is not given in pregnancy.stop wyselone steroids also.
take a tablet of pregnidoxin on empty stomach with little water in morning. wait for half an hour and take ors type liquids,no fats ,toned milk/curds as proteins
repeat the medicine at night again.
do get back here after a day.
twins has nothing to do with vomitings.
some have little,others have more
but there is medicine which is safe for mother and growing up baby.
do not experiment with medicine...more

Hi I have to ask a question about the Problems in My Pregnancy My Height is 5 ft 4 inch with exact weight of 53.5 kg as of 26 Jul 2015, in the 9th Week. Major Problems: Bitter Mouth (I'm unable to Eat and I'm on Liquids only) Excessive omitting - (Usually appears after 10 mins of eating) Is it Hyper-TSH See Below? Weight Loss HyperThyrodism is tested Positive and" PTU" is been prescribed. Minor Issues I'm not Thalsemnic. There are no such medications I am afraid. However you can try reglan tablet 10mg thrice daily for 5 days and see if this helps. This is an antiemetic and is not used for this purpose ; though a few of my patients have benefitted.

Chlorpromazine appears to be the drug of choice. Haloperidol and metoclopramide have been used successfully.

You can try reglan 10 mg- twice daily after food for 3-5 days, provided she doesn't have any neuromuscular problem. Regarding she is fit to take reglan or not, her personal doctor will be able to say as she will be knowing her history. Also some home remedies like taking ajwain and til sometimes helps.

Dear lybrateuser,
- take light foods like khichdi, toast, banana, marie biscuit
-don't lie down immediately after eating, sit for half to one hour
-drink fluids
-have tab vominorm if vomiting persists.
