Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. She is definitely on multiple medications for controlling her blood glucose levels. The glucose levels and HbA1c % mentioned show there is very good control achieved. Which also means medications are working very well. One of the draw backs of very strict glucose control is the possibility of hypoglycemic episodes. Major contributor for that is the Insulin. So if there are repeated episodes, then pleas look at the possibility of r...more

Hello, Vivek, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. From that it is clear that she is on multiple medications. However, there is no mention of herHbA1c%, weight, extent of physical activity, particularly exercises like brisk walking or any other activity plus dietary pattern . 1. Your diabetic status seems to be under control. But it is advisable to do a HbA1C once in 3 months to know exact diabetic control
2. Since you are diabetic you are likely to get shoulder pain due to frozen shoulder for which you require physiotherapy
3. Your knee pain and other pain could be due to low vitamin D2 which you need to get checked

According to your drug history, u are taking 5 types of antidiabetic drugs simultaneusly at this moment. I would suggest u to check your hba1c, urea, creatinine. If hba1c is higher than 8 % and your creatinine is more than 1. 5 despite taking all these medications, u should switch over to insulin which will be better for your health. For further help, u may be send me private message.

Hello sir,
I feel the medications that you are taking are right. Without knowing your blood glucose levels it is hard to determine the exact dose though.
K GLIM M-1, Ten DC 20 mg, Voglibose 0.3 mg and Piopod 15 are for your diabetes control. Prolomet is for BP control and Ecospirin-AV is to thin your blood and control your cholesterol levels.
Please contact again if you need any further information.
Thank you
