Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
As I see you are on multiple drugs to control blood glucose, still the control is not good, means either the dosage is inadequate or food itake is not properly adjusted.
Victosa (liraglutide) is a good option as it will also help in reducing weight.
You may also look at taking SGLT -2 Inhibitors as the option as these compounds reduce blood glucose and also help in weight reduction. Plus are oral compounds. Thanks.

2. Consume a Mediterranean diet, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and beans as protein sources, and omega-3 and monounsaturated fats (olive oil), while avoiding saturated fats, refined carbohydrates, cholesterol-laden foods, excess omega-6 fats, and most animal products. An ...more

The dosage schedule is 0.6 mg SC qDay for 1 week initially, THEN increase to 1.2 mg qDay
If glycemic control not achieved can increase to 1.8 mg qDay
The initial dose of 0.6 mg SC qDay is only to decrease GI adverse effects and does not provide glycemic control

You do massage with olive oil and almond oil twice a day. Try some vacuum therapy, kegel exercise and jelqing exercise. Start eating a healthy diet like green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, kale etc contribute to male enhancement. Also citrus fruits like avocado, orange, and lemon that are rich in Vitamin B9. For more suggestion, you can consult with us on Lybrate personally. P.
