You may be suffering from bppv (benign positional vertigo). It is usually triggerred by sudden change in position. Cause is disturbance in flow of endolymph in semicircular canals of our ear. Diagnosis is easily done by hallpike /head roll test. Treatment is certain exercises like epley's maneuver. Certain antihistaminic drugs may help.

Hello lybrate-user. Your vertigo first needs to be classified and categorized. Depending upon the cause and diagnosis, a lot of physical maneuvers could help you get rid off your dependence on drugs. It would also give you a long term relief. Let us know if we can help you.

Reduce your exposure to things that may make your tinnitus worse. Common examples include loud noises, caffeine and nicotine. Cover up the noise. In a quiet setting, a fan, soft music or low-volume radio static may help mask the noise from tinnitus.

Please don't add cinnarzine, it acts almost like stemetil md so it can boost the activity of stemetil. Rather keep a check on bp and sugars. If you can explain your complains helping would be easier, if needed you can plan video consultation wherein I can show you some exercises. Nb exercise should be done near bed and in presence of someone.
