Vigra/sidenafil citrate is inadvisable in patients with unstable angina pectoris. The co-administration of Viagra with organic nitrates, for example, glyceryl trinitrate or isosorbide dinitrate, is unsafe. The relative contraindications to Viagra in cardiovascular disease are uncontrolled hypertension and impaired cardiac reserve.

you should take your blood thinners and other medicines regularly and on time. In terms of diet you should consume foods high in fibre like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and should avoid foods high in saturated fat as they can increase your LDL (bad cholesterol), avoid refined foods like maida and its products, processed foods, avoid too much of caffeine, alcohol and smoking.
