Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

Do need to take Calcium rich fruits vegetables and diet and do learn Stretching and strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and enough sun light exposure of body minimum 15 minutes per day from 11 am to 3 pm not in open sun light by its shades.

None of them is specific for pregnancy.
For pregnancy- Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist where many reports are done and treatment takes long time.
