There are many things you can do to keep yourself and your sperms healthy. These include:
1. Avoid cigarettes and illicit drugs, especially anabolic steroids.
2. Avoid exposure to toxins such as pesticides and heavy metals.

Hi Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night....take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner...take 5-7 munakkas with milk...eat papaya in fruits ...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....avoid alcohol consumption

gain height.
Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain:
* first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning.
