Tydol can be addicted for anyone who takes it for many days. My suggestion is to try taking half the qty of tab each day for a month or so & taper it gradually such as alternate day followed by 1/ wk according. Thanks.

It's not good to take painkiller for long duration/regularly. You require workup to diagnose exact cause of back ache. Unless reason is known symptoms will persist.
