BP has to be well controlled 130-140/86-90 mmhg, if there is bleeding clamp your non-bony part of nose firmly while sitting, you may use ice cubes also for 3-4 minutes.
Do not take any pain killer.
If still the problem persist consult a physician.

More bleeding in spite of sylate in pregnancy means you are in the process of miscarriage. Just do an ultrasound to find out whether the pregnancy is inevitable or can be saved. You can use duphaston but stop primolute n as its not not given during pregnancy.

skin rash

Safe 100 percent sylate. Pt do not take diclofenac
take dolo650 tab every 6 hrs for pain. Take a repeat scan and look for sub chorionic haemorrhage.
