The chances of getting hiv from oral sex is very minimal but theoritically possible. You can take 4th generation antigen ,antibody combo hiv test at 4 wks after exposure date.

According to cdc guideline, regimen for treatment of gonorrhoea is as follow: cdc recommends dual therapy, or using two drugs, to treat gonorrhea a single dose of 250 mg of intramuscular ceftriaxone and 1g of oral azithromycin.
