No you should not skip the thyroxine tab before testing. Also you can do it any time of the day. There is no need to be fasting for this test.

Hello, thanks for the query.
To diagnose sub-clinical or overt hypothyroidism it is necessary to look at mainly tsh and along with that t3 & t4 levels. Since you have not mentioned tsh level at all it is difficult to comment. Plus if you have been advised to take 75 mcg levothyroxine means you must have had overt hypothyroidism. Since the information is scanty no further comments can be made. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Tyrosint is a brand name for Levothyroxine tablet. There are many brands of the same medicine available. I am unable to understand what exactly you are asking. Please clarify. Levothyroxine is required dosage is the treatment for hypothyroidism. It has to be taken for life time. Thanks.

Hi, Vertigo may be of two types, can be just a feeling of falling to one side while walking or can be a true feeling of rotation of the world around you. Both are of different causes. At your age, it's unlikely to have a major issue unless you had an active accident or anything like that. It can also be related to ear problems. If you don't have any of these then consult a neurologist for further details. If you have any such ear problems or a true feeling of rotation then can consult me online.
