Vitiligo is a chronic (meaning slowly increasing or decreasing course) disease.
It is very frustrating for both the patient and family. But the important point to note is, it improves also. There are phases in which it improves or degrades. Please continue treatment and you can give two pathy treatment also ex- allopathy and ayurveda. Both will have a combined effect.
