This size fibroids cannot cause infertility and will rarely cause it if it it submucuos in location. If you have no problems like heavy and irregular periods you don't require treatment of it at the present. But if all other factors causing infertility are normal then you can take medicine for it with consultation of a gynaecologist. No home made remedy has been proven to treat it.

Hi if she has been diagnosed as infectious hepatitis then what is that infection has to be checked because treatment differs from infection to infection. In that regard I advise her to get the following test: hbsag, hcv antibodies, hav antibodies, hev antibodies, smear for malaria and igm typhi dot. She can be started with silymarin 70mg once a day for 2 weeks. Diet: less oily food and no non veg food.

2.Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet,diary rich food product,fried /processed food, soft drink, sugar, salt, meat.
3.Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut , fish oil, , high fiber diet, vegetables and fruits
