Very small stone. Drink plenty of liquids. Mostly it ll pass out spontaneously. But if pain aggrevating/vomiting/fever then you may need intervention.

No it does not increase psa but there is no need to check psa so frequently. If it is normal it will stay normal for years. Don't worry.

Silodosin is an alpha blocker it can cause postural hypotension and not advisable to take in the morning and do your daily routine work or drive vehicle.

Respected doctor, as per usg report I am having moderate prostatomegaly having prostate weight at 39gm with post void 57 ml and as per uroflowmetry report max flow rate 13 ml/sec. Rest parameters such as blood reports and urine test are ok. The local urologist advised to have solution tab 8 mg once at night for 30 days. Pls. Advise whether for better management and as well as to shrink the prostate silotime d 8 mg is preferable than solution 8 mg. Also you may pls kindly advise any other better treatment option. Again pls advise whether turp is desirable at this stage. Regards.

if symptoms dont improve with silotime 8 then go for silotime d 8

Doctor my mother has a problem - her urine stored 490 cc by testing post usg-kub in urinary blander. Then Dr. Given catheter for 8 days with solution 8 mg. After that it reduced to 180 cc. Then Urotone tab and solution 8 mg continued for 10 days. Still silotime continues. What treatment be needed?

It seems her bladder is very weak. Continue these medicines. Sometimes the condition starts worsening and she might start retaining. More. In that she might require CIC in which you might have to put a Cather in her bladder every 4 hours to empty the bladder.
