About Satrogyl 300mg Tablet

Satrogyl 300mg Tablet is a drug that helps to combat a large number of varied health disorders effectively. It can be called an intestinal amoebicide. It can treat a number of intestinal problems caused by amoeba. Satrogyl 300mg Tablet is also known to be a potent anti-diarrhoeal agent that is beneficial to patients suffering from diarrhoea or irritable bowel syndrome.

Satrogyl 300 mg belongs to a class of drugs called nitro-imidazole derivatives. It is an antibiotic. It contains cytotoxins that reduce the nitro group which damage the DNA and other important biomolecules of protozoa and bacteria. Thus, it prevents the growth of these microorganisms.

Its only active ingredient is Satranidazole (300 mg). Satrogyl combats various intestinal problems caused by amoeba. It treats diarrhea or irritable bowel syndrome. It is known to inhibit the action of histamine on the proteins, thus preventing complications of the infection such as hepatic amoeabiosis.

You must make the doctor aware of any severe disease you had such as any kidney, lungs, liver or cardiac disorders. Take proper medical help in case you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy any time soon or breastfeeding.
