Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin.
For pimples and to remove scars take following med. BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM Q.x 14 days 20 DROPS TWICE IN WATER. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company ALSO DRINK PLENTY WATER. HAVE GREEN VEGETABLES.
STOP OILY FOOD.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned he can take [Crocin]for pain and fever and continue antibiotic for 7 days .Mix 3 teaspoons of salt in two cups of warm water. Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. Do this three times daily for 3 days.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and continue roxithromycin.

- If you are suffering from a viral infection as per your statement then antibiotic is not required ( antibiotics are useful in bacterial infections only), viral is cured without antibiotic, so you can avoid taking Roxid & thus prevent any further harm to your liver.

He need not take roxie instead let him take honitus cough syrup three times a day ask him if o do warm water saline gargles several times a day and take steam inhalation regularly twice a day till he recovers completely.
