You have taken 2400 mg of isotretinoin, it's time to stop if acne is gone but continue with topical agents (ointment and facewashes) l not containing any retinoid further, and check your lipid profile that is very important. its a natural thing that if you suppress any of the manifestation by applying creams ,its going to show its side effects on other body parts..
better you should try some homemade tips and homeopathic treatment with that to prevent acne..
firstly its inportant to know the cause ,a proper case taking is required for medication..
