Hi, Usually there is a flare after taking isotretinoin. Expect this to subside around 10-15 days after the beginning of therapy. Are you self medicating by any chance? What else are you using with isotretinoin?

Tretiva is not for fairness. It will make your skin dry and scaly. Use a sunscreen atleast 30 mins before going out in the sun. Take an antioxidant and Vit C along with applying Brite cream. It will help in making your skin fair.
