Firstly, you avoid spicy n fried food items. Aonla fruit powder one tea spoonful be taken with cold milk. Saunf (used in masala) be get fried n chewed three- four times a day. Coconut water is also helpful in reducing hyperacidity.

For acidity, eat simple foods. Avoid spicy foods completely. Have plenty of fluids, drink buttermilk.
Avoid processed food completely. Also avoid sugar as much as you can. Have plenty of fiber rich foods. Eat more protein. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and exercise regularly. Try exercises that help in reducing belly fat such as crunches, lunges, bicycle exercise etc.
