Advice give 05 ml BD extra Virgin Coconut Oil of glass packing, coconut water to drink, few drops of Nigella oil & apply also in to belly button, massage also, give early morning sun bath, keep head in east, no radiation in room like cell, TV electronics gegets, warm bath no animal milk or fat only Coco Nut milk.

Hi Lybrate User! ESR is increased in pregnancy due to increase in levels of certain proteins (globulin and fibrinogen. The value ranges upto 50 mm Hg in the first half of pregnancy. It is further increased if you are anemic. Get your Hb checked. So if you are only worried about an isolated increase in ESR, then no worries.
