1. Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple

Hello,First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:-
Take gelesemium 200, twice daily .
Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily.
Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily.

1. Drink adequate water
2. You can take fresh fruit juice or coconut water also. 3. Do not overstrain yourself. 4. You can take refreshing bath twice in a day. 4. Take easily digestable foods. 5. Avoid oily foods. 6. Do yoga or light morning exercise at least thrice in a day. 7. Maintain a good posture while working. 8. Try to go to bed early n rise in the early morning. 9. Hi.

Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-NC and Alpha-CF - both thrice daily for 4 days.
Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours.

Management:
- Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food.
-Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air.
-Take steam-inhalation once before going to bed.

This could be due to pathological reason like hyperthyroidism, sympathetic overactivity and can be physiological call as idiopathic hyperhidrosis. Get yourself screened up for thyroid test, blood pressure if everything comes out to be normal than consult a nearby dermatologist for hyperhidrosis.
