Nor Metrogyl Suspension used for

I was travelling by bus one day and I felt like a sharp poking pain on my thighs. I didn't mind it. Then I went home and saw a wound like poke there. Then I remembered the women sitting next to me had something in her hand. I am worried what if the women poked or injected blood with a syringe. Because after 4 weeks of the incident I had a swelling under my jaw but not sure if it's lymph node. It went in a week. Then after three months I had throat pain three times in two months. It always went away in 3 days after taking azithral 500 once a day. Then at the same time of throat pain I had very itchy reddish bumps on my thighs, back and flank abdomen. It lasted for 3 months. It's very itchy at night and morning when I get up from sleep. Then now after 7 months of the incident, again those bumps very itchy came back with stomach pain, diarrhoea for 3 days. I ate chocolate, chips, biryani, apple juice and ice cream in the evening and in the night the diarrhoea and severe stomach pain started. Then again after a weeks I had stomach pain with semi loose stools as soon as I eat, gas and burping as soon as I eat. I took metrogyl 400 and zanocin plus but frequency reduced but the symptoms were still there. Then I stopped the medicine and now I have semi loose stools once in the morning after breakfast, gas and burping but no stomach pain. It's been a month like this. When the diarrhoea and stomach pain started I went to a doctor and checked my weight and it reduced 2 kg. My weight was 74 kg it became 72 kg in just 3 weeks. My dresses are a little loose now. But from the start of diarrhoea and stomach pain, I didn't have loss of appetite and I ate food on time but controlled diet food for diarrhoea, no vomiting, no fever. Those itchy bumps are still there in the same places my back, thighs and flank, abdomen. I am worried if these are symptoms of hiv or hepatitis? I didn't take a test because I am worried what the report will say. What should I do? I am really worried. Are these symptoms of hiv or hepatitis?

Then after doctor consultation I had following medicines: ofloxacin 200 mg ornidazole 500 mg tablet, omeprazole and lactic bacillus tabs. All were twice a day for 3 days who's dose got completed on 2nd april morning (my 6th day). Still in evening had loose stool greenish in colour. What can be the possible cause for it?

Surely they must have suggested something. Typically these ulcers could be due to low immunity. If no cause has been found, please also check blood sugar, and vitamin b12 levels. Take high protein diet.

Chronic prostatitis - seeking advise tldr: i'm diagnosed with chronic prostatitis. It seems to be chronic bacterial prostatitis. Seeking advise on sexual health, managing symptoms, recovery etc. If you don't wish to read my long post please go to "my concerns" section at the the bottom of this post to read my query. Thanks you. I'm a 30 year old single male. Last december, I was diagnosed with uti having severe e.coli infection in my bladder. It all started with a chill & fever for a couple of days. Then suddenly one day I had excruciating pain in my groin area, along with severe pain while urination. I was under 2 weeks of antibodies (niftas). Post treatment the pain had entirely gone however I was left with some discomfort while urination. After a month, discomfort/pain started to get a little intense. I consulted the urologist again, urin culture came normal. Doctor suggested cystoscopy or mri scan to rule out prostatitis. Did mri, result said chronic prostatitis. Impression section on the report said "diffusely t2wi hypointense peripheral zone with no diffusion restriction and homogeneous contract enhancement - pirads 2 - could represent chronic prostatitis. No focal lesions or collections" I was under a month of antibiotics treatment (namely of 200, doxyildr, metrogyl 180, trydic plus, veltam .4). Things felt better. My symptoms got mild. However last month, I had unprotected oral sex and sex with condom. 2 days later I felt major discomfort in my groin area (burning sensation). Urin culture showed bacteria presence (culture yielded significant growth of e.coli >1,00,000 cfu/ml). Again I had to undergo antibiotics medication (niftas) along with cranpac-d. Presently my symptoms are mild. I don't get any pain while urination or otherwise. When I need to urinate, I feel a kind of sensation which I don't know how to describe. While urinating I feel as if something is stuck inside my penis. I feel similar sensations during ejaculation. My concerns - my parents are not aware about my above health issues (chronic prostatitis) and they have started looking for my marriage. There are few things bothering me and I seek for advise in this forum. 1) it's been 8 months since I got the very 1st instance of uti, I got it again last month. I am afraid whether it is going to be a case of recurring uti. The second time clearly seems to be the result of the sexual encounter I had. Does prostatitis cause recurring uti? 2) will I have a healthy sex life with my would-be partner? Will I be giving infection to my partner? What will be my partner's risks in terms of her health? My doctor told me to always use condom while having sex. But in a marriage, one can't always be using protection while sex. 3) will I have healthy kids? Will there be any child birth complications? 4) how long will it take for prostatitis to get cured? Any suggestions on lifestyle changes etc? Thank you again.
