Pulmonext 10mg Tablet is a medication used to treat pulmonary hypertension in patients of WHO class II or WHO class III. It is an endothelin receptor antagonist that blocks certain substances present in the lungs, which in turn helps decrease the blood pressure inside the lungs.

You should refrain from using Pulmonext 10mg Tablet if have any liver problems or lung problems, are allergic to any medicine, are pregnant, plan on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding. You should also consult your doctor before taking Pulmonext 10mg Tablet if you have history of heart failure, anemia, fluid retention problem, alcohol dependency or taking any medicines or supplements.
