It seems with the above set of medications your depression is not under control, kindly discuss other options and medications with your psychiatrist. Some newer ones have come. If not possible get a second opinion and follow for 3 months and see of it is any better. Good luck.

if the cough is dry ambroxol won't help much, instead give her medication for dry cough. besides she needs to avoid all cold and sour foods

Hi. I understand your concerns. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. If it's normal you will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. You may be having allergic bronchitis. Do warm saline gargle regularly. Have home made freshly prepared lemon juices whic is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection including viral infection go for regular morning walk followed by free vhand exercise. It will be ok.

the most common cause of cough and cold in this age is viral infection. With symptomatic management usually symptom subsides.
You can give ascoril drops, nasivion pediatric drop will also help in early recovery.
The symptoms usually subsides in 3-4 days.
The baby should be investigated if symptoms persist for a longer duration.
Watch for respiratory distress or decrease oral acceptance if you find any consult your doctor immediately
