There will be no effect as you Have mistakenly taken two vomit medicine (vomit D and ondem) during pregnancy.

Yes give syp ondem 5 ml 3 times a day (1-1-1)
also give ors and keep the child hydrated.
If the child has any other complaints, kindly consult paediatrician.

1.Fever with rigors can be due to so many reasons like urinary tract infection, malaria etc.
2.Don't take chloroquine without checking your blood for MP. Chloroquine can have side effects.
3.It has to be used judiciously under docctor's prescription.
4.ondansetron can be used to control vomiting after taking chloroquine but should only be used after consulting doctor
5.avoid self medication

If your urine is yellow get it examined. If it is normal then take bland diet,avoid spicy and oily food, take plenty of water. Take one tablet of Aciloc RD daily before food.If no relief consult doctor

You can take two tab of doxinate at bed time inspite of this you vomit you can take ondem md 4 tab.

Occasionally taking ondem md safe in pregnancy for vomiting while doxinate only is recommended and eat small and frequent meals

Hi if baby is passing urine then no need of panic and syp ondem is fine she may be having acute gastritis and may have loose motions also keep trying giving her ors.
