At your age its less likely prostate will be the problem. Rule out other causes if you have any lower urinary tract symptoms. And now a days prazopress is hardly prescribed for prostate enlargement as other good alternatives are available. Visit your urologist. And you can take ivermectin for whatever reason prescribed as per your doctors advise.

Please start giving some attention towards your lifestyle. For hypertensive patients alcohol is not good. You will have to dedicate time towards daily exercise, yoga etc. Try to consume healthy diet, avoid oily, fried stuff. Deep breathing exercises also help in calming the body. Which will help reducing the blood pressure.
