There is no such a thing as weekly contraceptive pill. What you r telling i.e. Instafree 72 is an emergency contraceptive and just to be used after accidental sex not regulary. For monthly use, there r mala d, mala n available for free in any govt hospital. If you need pvt tt, consult me.

All medicines should be taken with plain water. Having said that, I don't think anyone could vouch for the efficacy of a medicine. But it should work. What is the problem?

Usually these pills are most effective between 24-72 hours after the sexual activity. If taken at any other time they become useless.
