Mostly if the lesions have cleared the chances of seizure recurrence decrese with time. The chances of having a seizure are likely to be very minimal now. Addition of metformin will restrict your insulin dose.You can stop glimipride in glycomet Gp 3/850 instead you can use glycomet 1000mg twice a day.You can stop jalra also because it is effective in early years of disease.

You have to adjust insulin doses after consulting diabetologist and switch over to other oral drugs since it is not working
1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)

tab phenytoin is a safe drug and in use for many years, if it is controlling your seizures and you have not had any side effects there is no need to change the medication. Extended phenytoin sodium tab can be taken once a day also. The symptoms you had are not related to use of phenytoin.

Well it has to be withdrawn gradually,, u need proper homeopathic treatment along with ur existing treatment

Kindly continue medicines which your doctor has suggested for seizures.
Since you already had clot in brain , there is a possibility that you may be having clots in your leg that may be affecting the blood circulation in legs . Doppler examination of both feets can help . Also if your foot wear is tight than chnage it
Avoid prolonged standing on feets.
Leg elevation can also help to decrease medicines.
