Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity.

Don't advise to take what you have mentioned, no milk products only butter milk &. Cow pure ghee, but you shouldn't take now till you recover completely suggest to take sky fruit, cow urine cap, org wheat grass powder, nigella cap, drink 30 ml extra virgin coconut, seabuckthoren juice, pittashaker tab bd, kasaswaamruth syrup, tulsi-basil droops, may contact for any assistance.

Continue with your medication.
Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food, garam masala, laung, hing in food. avoid constipation.
Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. E at fresh and fibre rich diet.
Get ur ultrasound upper abdomen done and LFT done.

Uric acid is generated by protein indigestion, in the absence or lack of pepsin (enzyme) it often aggravates. The natural source of pepsin is found highly in bark of un-ripped papayas. Acid returning to oesophagus due to reverse motility is the cause of your problem (Gastro Oesophagial Reflux Disorder, GORD or GERD). It may be an artificially produced problem. Milk digestion begins in the acidic environment of the stomach, where pepsin starts protein digestion by breaking down milk proteins into smaller fragments. Lingual lipase does the same to milk fats. These smaller fragments then move into the small intestine for further digestion.
