Pantoprazole is category b drug (safe in animal studies; not studied in humans). It should be used only in acute gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy. But it is prescribed by majority of doctors for pregnancy induced gastritis, without any ill effects (to my knowledge).

1. Usually its given for a 4 week course. 2. Yes levosulpiride has side effects and its not safe for long term
3. Side effects of levosulpiride =headache/fatigue/increased prolactin level in blood/drowsiness/irregular menstrual periods/gynecomastia/constipation/abdominal pain and cramps/weight gain/unusual tiredness/increased salivation/fever/excessive sweating/
change in heart rate/abnormal heart rate.

levosulpiride have a lot of side effects
Some of the common side effects of Levosulpiride are:

Headache

Fatigue

Increased prolactin level in blood

at the age of 22 years, a requirement of pantoprazole on a regular basis could be either worrisome or wrong practice. There are two suggestions:
1. Please see a gastroenterologist for your dyspepsia. You probably require diet modifications, lifestyle modifications, cessation of smoking if you do, reducing the alcohol intake if you do. Take lycopodium 200, and asafoetida 30, 4-4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment.
Besides this, avoid spicy and fatty oily food, take salads and sprouts, don't be empty stomach, be hydrated, do walk for minimum of 30 minutes.

daflon may cause erectile dysfunction as it is a venotonic drug. for haemmorrhoids you can use some topical ointments. use either leosulpride or itopride. no need to use both a same time.
