There is no link between temperature drop and mouth ulcers so far. But stress, anxiety, altred blood composition, immunity is definitely linked to such ulcers. You can take symptomatic relief by topically applying Amlexanox and rexidine m forte gel alternatively, 3 times daily for half an hour. Even then if no improvement or recurrence occurs, go for laser ablation of these ulcers, the most advanced solution for such stubborn ulcers.

Pain from a mouth ulcer generally lessens in a few days and the sores usually heal without treatment in about a week or two.
If sores are large, painful or persistent, I may recommend an antimicrobial mouth rinse, a corticosteroid ointment, or a prescription or non-prescription solution to reduce the pain and irritation.
