You can replace the doze of selzic od with oxetol and both are same drug Oxcarbazepine whereas the Oxetol 150 is half strength. You have to take 2 tablets to match the dose of Selzic OD 300 . When you change tablets you must reduce dose of selzic OD by half

oxetol (oxcarbazepine) is one of the medication used for bipolar disorder, but we usually avoid during pregnancy. It can be associated with teratogenic effects.
