If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.

Hello. Its always better to take ovalife which contains myoinositol, chiro-inositol, acetyl cystine and metformin separately rather than ovalife met. There is no need to take hyponidd if you are taking ovalife met as both acts as insulin sensitiser.

If pregnancy test is negative then you are not pregnant. These medicines only help to regularise the periods and it takes time for hormones to become balanced.
